Joe was born on December, 4, 1973 in Evansville, Indiana to Joseph and Sherry Waple.

He is preceded in death by his father.

Joe is survived by his wife of 19 years, Jennifer Waple; children, Maddi and Logan Waple; mother, Sherry Kinney and her husband, Richard; siblings, Dessi, Deanna, and John Waple; nephew, Tylan Jackson.
