Michael L. Chamness, 55, of Jasper, Indiana passed away peacefully on December 5, 2019 at his residence surrounded by loved ones.
Michael was born in Sindelfingen, Germany on May 16, 1964 to James David Chamness and Brigitte Augusta (Dobler) Chamness. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Jasper, was a Nascar fan, enjoyed listening to Jazz music including Joe Bonamassa and was a big x-box gamer.
He is survived by his former wife and genuine companion in life, Valerie Eversoll; daughter, Bailie Nicole Eversoll; mother, Brigitte (Terry Culver); stepmom, Charlene Petty; four younger siblings, Marisa (David) Anderson, George Anthony (Melanie) Chamness, Dustin (Kasey) Chamness, Logan Chamness; nieces and nephews, Benjamin, Rachel and William Anderson, Zacary, Syndie and Michael Chamness; and many other family members that loved him.
Michael is preceded in death by his father, James D. Chamness.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church, 3556 N Portersville Rd, Jasper, Indiana followed by a fellowship gathering till 3:00 P.M.
