Remembering Frances Bernadette DuCett.
Jasper, IN – Frances, age 65, of Jasper, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, June 7, 2020 at Specialty Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Frances was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on June 8, 1954 and emigrated to the United States as the second youngest of 9 siblings, making Miami Beach, Florida their new home. With the entire family speaking only French, her father was a carpenter.
Frances and her husband, Frank, were married on St. Valentine’s Day, February 14, 1978 in Mesa, Arizona. Frances and Frank lived in Arizona, Texas, Florida, Idaho, and Tennessee while working on Electronics and Aerospace projects prior to their move to Jasper in 2000.
Frances was never happier and always felt safe and at home while in Dubois County.
She was devoted to caring for her husband, her two dogs, and had a lifelong love and concern for all animals. She was also an avid supporter of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
I know that she would insist that I add… Thank you all for welcoming us to your community.
Simple Cremation Evansville is entrusted with care.
Anthony and Pamela Grizzel says
With our deepest sympathies.
There are places in our minds that we fill with the knowledge that makes us who we are.
There are places in our hearts that we fill with the moments, sounds, and sights of all that we hold dear.
There are places in our souls that we reserve for those we love.
There are places that forever endure.
All our thoughts and condolences.
Anthony and Pamela Grizzel.
