Evansville, IN – Deborah Gay (Carver) Alexander, 66, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville. She was born on January 12, 1954 in Evansville, Indiana to the late Charles Robert and Mariana Ruth (Harris) Carver.
Deborah was a sharp, witty and funny woman who devoted much of her life to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was known to call things how she saw them and could easily run circles around people with words. She loved fishing, and with love and generosity, she opened her home to anyone.
She is survived by her children, Amanda Alexander, Dannie Alexander (Diane), Valerie Hunter (Mark), and Robert Alexander (Charity); brother, Robert “Bud” Carver as well as 19 grandkids, 12 great grandkids and several extended family members.
Deborah is preceded in death by her son, Kevin Brimm.
A private celebration of Deborah’s life will be held at a later date.
