Henderson, KY – Chad D. Shelton, 48, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Deaconess Hospital in Henderson. He was born on January 2, 1972 in Henderson, Kentucky.
Chad enjoyed hiking, listening to heavy metal music and spending time with his children.
He is survived by his children, Josh Shelton (Sydney), Bailey Shelton, Gabi Shelton and Keegan Shelton; grandchildren, Layton Shelton and Millie Shelton; brother, Rodney Shelton (Teressa); and several extended family members.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Judy Yarbrough and his grandparents, Adra and Vera Shelton.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
