We, [decades-long friends of Carla’s sister, Kathy Roark, Jefferson City, MO] arranged for prayers in our Catholic parish [St. Joseph Cathedral].
Parish has a Prayer-Line among parishioners, to which we added Carla.
Learning of Carla’s extreme illness, we lighted a special candle for Carla in the parish church.
The death notice of Kathy’s sister appears in our parish weekly Bulletin of October 2-3.
Carla’s name appears in the Prayer Intention booklet in the parish Adoration Chapel.
At home, we have offered special prayers for Carla and continue praying for Carl’s family, especially Raymond.
May Carla’s soul rest in peace toward Heaven, the eternal peace and perfect happiness in the presence of God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
