Evansville, IN – Rhonda Faye (Stanley) Strong, 68, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at her daughter’s home surrounded by family after battling with lung cancer. She was born on September 15, 1953 in Henderson, Kentucky to the late Raymond “Rabbit” and Mary Bracey (Henderson) Stacey.
Rhonda loved her dogs and fishing, but most of all she loved her family dearly. She will be greatly missed and loved.
She is survived by her daughters, Carla Hitt and Angela Bowling (Jason); her grandchildren, Dustin Fenwick (Tabatha), Daniel Fenwick, Heather Fenwick, Angela Fenwick, Ella Bowling and Jaxon Bowling; 13 great grandchildren; her siblings, Ramona Kay Yates, Raymond Stanley, Jr. (Kathy), Rick Stanley (Marganna) and Roxanne Noble (Pat) as well as her ex-husband and close friend, David Strong.
A celebration of Rhonda’s life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to New Hope Animal Rescue in Henderson, Kentucky.

This amazing lady was my great grandma she used to take me and my sister some times and make food for us and we would watch movies. I will miss her face and smile dearly. Love you Grandma Rhonda
