Princeton, IN – Dottie Jo (Rash) Brummett succumbed to a long illness on April 1, 2022, passing peacefully at River Oaks in Princeton, Indiana. Born to her parents, John and Dorothy Marie Rash on December 14, 1952.
Dottie was employed at Wal-Mart for 20 years. She also went to high school in Eminence, Indiana. Dottie was a member of Vertical Church in Fort Branch, Indiana.
Survivors of Dottie include: daughter, Sandra Arthur of Princeton, Jody Bridges of Zionsville, IN and son James Edward Brummett of Monrovia, IN; grandchildren, Trisha Bridges, Anthony Ridgell and Ashley Ridgell; great-grandchildren, Daniel, Connor and Anna; brother, Bucky Burk (Nancy) of Franklin, Indiana as well as many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sharon Kay O’Malley; brother Thomas Bunk and her son, John Lucas Brummett.
No services are set at this time, but memorial contributions may be made to Morgan County Humane Society at 690 W. Mitchell Ave. in Martinsville, Indiana 46151.
