Dani Rider-Basham, 66, of Evansville, Indiana passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on March 27, 1956 in Evansville, Indiana to the late Mary Alice McDaniel (Hacker).
Dani was a faithful woman who loved the Lord. She was a firm believer in instilling her faith in others to brighten their spirits. Dani was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She was especially fond of her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her beloved dog Benny. Dani loved the outdoors and in her younger years, even a rainy day wouldn’t keep her from going fishing.
She is survived by her husband William “Bill” Basham, daughters, Rachel Robison Woleben (Brett), Autumn Coleman (Michael), Kati Inkenbrandt; grandchildren, Alexandria Watkins, Elijah Coleman, Aleyah Coleman-Velez(Josue), Noah Coleman, Ryder Inkenbrandt, Jayden Coleman, Easton Inkenbrandt, Zoeva Woleben, great-grandchildren, Keaton Mayo, Jadah Coleman, Ezenia Velez, Elijah Coleman Jr.; sisters, Paula Brinkmeyer (David), Jennifer Stewart (Chris);Dani is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Dani was preceded in death by her son Dennis Michael Peak, mother, Mary Alice McDaniel (Hacker), and brother Christopher John Peak.
A celebration of life will be held to honor Dani at a later date.
