To the family of John Shu. My condolences to all of John’s family. John worked for my Dad at the concrete plant in poseyville in the 70’s. We drove trucks together there. John had a very happy attitude no matter what might come along. always had a deep admiration of how he could keep smiling even when the going got tuff and unpleasant at times. John would smile and say oh well and continue on. My mother kept the books there and a woman trying to work in an all men kind of atmosphere. John always was so respectful of my mother. Some of the guys used rough language that she sometimes could not help but here from the office. Not Mr. John Shu always very aware she was in the back office doing here work. Sometimes having to answer phones fill out tickets and give them to the driver’s when dad was away doing buisenes. John she felt very comfortable around. He would smile and greet her with the real respect of a fine man. He new mother’s name very well. But it was always a smile good attitude and he addressed her as Mrs. White. Those qualities in a man stand out and make them men among men. Not everyone had johns fine quality and Character. Lost track of John over the past years but my brother and I my Dad and my Mother always liked John and respected the kind of man he truly was. I thought his family might enjoy hearing these things about their Dad husband and grandpa. And the impression he left on all of us in the White family.
