Sharon Faye Kleeman, 73, passed away on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2023, at home surrounded by family. She was born on February 18th 1950 in Evansville Indiana to James DeWeese and Fern (Kirk) Hartweck.
Sharons first job, was at her family’s bakery in Tell City, Melody Made, she then later went on to work at Tell City Chair Factory and later retired from National Office Furniture in Santa Claus Indiana.
She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, cats, watching her hummingbirds and all the wildlife that she and her husband raised.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Robert of 55 years; daughters, Michelle (Billy) Lanham and Samantha (Ryan) Polk, son, Tony (Brandi) Kleeman, and adopted daughter, Terri Lynn Kleeman; grandchildren, Brad Kleeman and Brett Kleeman, Tate and Beau Kleeman, Ashley and Dakota Lanham, Levi, Addison and Lincoln Polk; great granddaughter, Waylon Kleeman. Siblings; twins Fran and Joey (Karen) Hartweck, stepsiblings; Ronnie (Sherry) Hartweck, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James DeWeese and Fern Hartweck, stepfather Boots Hartweck, and parent like figures Fred and Linda Allen, siblings, Alfie Hartweck, twins Jimmy and Jerry DeWeese, Pat DeWeese, Bobby DeWeese, stepsiblings, Donald and Bob Hartweck granddaughters, Ariel Bateman and Amity Cronin (Pooh Bear).
Per Sharon’s wishes there will not be a funeral service.
