David Fischer, 66, of Evansville IN, died May 28,2024.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Pat; Mark Fischer of Newburgh IN; Danny Fischer (Yvette) of Louisville Ky.
David worked at Target (Airway) for the majority of his working career.
David was a very mild, meek man. He was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He loved people and talking about food as well as the hope of the future the Bible speaks of under God’s Kingdom. We look forward when David will be resurrected (John 5:28,29) and when Jehovah God will make ALL things new (Rev 21:5).
Rhonda Healy says

Len and Helke Sheeder says
We loved David very much! He was a kind soul who worked hard. My first time meeting him was while I was cleaning the Target store at night that he worked at and he was stocking the shelves. We instantly hit if off! He knew a lot about many interesting things, but his greatest two loves were his wife Pat and his God Jehovah. We can’t wait until David wakes up, but this time it will be without the health challenges that robbed him of so much time and happiness…

I’m so sorry for your loss Pat. I always enjoyed talking to Dave. Most people don’t realize I’m a big car fan and I had that in common with Dave. Every time I saw him we would talk about cars. I’m looking forward to seeing him again in Paradise soon. I love you.
Ollie Gill says
I’m so sorry Pat and family that you lost such a kind person as David. I remember our trips with other friends to go out to eat.Praying for the family strength at this time. We will miss him. We will see him again in the resurrection (Acts 24:15)
A friend; Ollie Gill.
