Bobby “Keith” Hodges passed away peacefully at his home in Chandler, Indiana on January 13, 2025 at the age of 63 surrounded by his children.
Keith was born in Augsburg, Germany on May 12, 1961, to Bobby and Judy Hodges. After graduating from Sparta High School in 1980, he joined the United States Navy and served for four years. He married the love of his life, Lisa (Bosma) Hodges on June 22, 1985 and welcomed three children the following years.
Keith had many hobbies throughout the years but loved the outdoors the most. He spent his time gardening, camping, riding his bike, and going for long walks. He especially loved sharing these hobbies with his grandkids.
Keith was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lisa Hodges, his parents Bobby and Judy Hodges, his mother-in-law Ferne Bosma, and sisters-in-law Bonnie Edwards and Connie Taylor.
Keith is survived by his children, Dustin (Amy) Hodges, Marissa (TJ) Cox, and Kelsea (Arbie) St. Amour, his grandchildren Marek, JJ, Oliver, Logan, and Alice, sisters Karen (Bill) West, Kelly (Butch) Hoernis , sister in laws Bev Hodges and Judy (Bob) Davis, best friend Kathy Oglesby, and many other family and friends.
Keith did not want a visitation or a funeral service; instead wishing for an intimate graveside celebration of life by his children and grandchildren. The family takes great comfort in knowing he is finally reunited with his wife, the love of his life.
In lieu of flowers, Keith wished donations be made to the Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of the Wabash Valley for the care they provided Lisa. https://www.myhospicevna.org/giving.html
