Celestine was born on April 24, 1954 to Archie King Sebree and Mary Elizabeth (Gilliam) Sebree, in Christian County Kentucky. Celes moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1974 upon her marriage to her husband of 50 years, Tommy Waters. Celes was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1970 and was a longtime, faithful teacher of Bible truths to whoever she would meet. She was a joyful person and loved art, music, and dancing. Celes looked forward to living in the earthly paradise where she looked forward to interacting peacefully with the animals in an earthly paradise. She also looked forward to being reunited with her mother who preceded her in death many years ago; in addition to her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Celes is survived by her husband Tommy, father Archie, stepmother Wervner, brother Clifton (Lisa LaGrone), sister Vicki (Noah), brother Mark (Lisa Barclay), brother Sidney (Rachel), sister Delinda (Charles), and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Celestine was always so very kind, loving & soft-spoken. She had a warm smile that made you feel comfortable being around her, and if there was music playing, she’d be up on the floor dancing!
Celes loved her Creator, Jehovah God & his Son Jesus Christ. She also loved her family members very much & would often speak about them with a warm smile on her face.
Celes firmly believed in God’s promise of the Resurrection (John 5:28, 29). I’m looking forward to spending a lot more time talking & dancing with her again on the earthy Paradise in the very near future! I love you all! 🎻🎺🪇🪗 ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Let’s keep looking forward to the time in the near future when we’ll be able to spend a lot more time with Celestine again, when this earth is restored back to it’s original beautiful & peaceful Paradise! I love you all! 🌹🌹🌹
