Chandler, IN – Daniel Workman, Jr., 69, of Chandler, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana. He was born on August 8, 1951 in Williamson, West Virginia to the late Dan and Nora (Daugherty) Workman.
Daniel was a skillful and passionate acoustic guitarist and enjoyed competitive shooting.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Nancy (Sipes) Workman; his daughter, Daneilya Austin (Mike); grandson, Levi Austin and his brother, Charlie Workman of Alabama.
Daniel is preceded in death by his sisters, Donna Prater, Janice Workman, Karen Tinkler and Deb Gales.
A private celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
Simple Cremation Evansville is entrusted with care.
