Darrin and I were friends in high school and fell out of touch over the years. He was a great guy who helped to teach me about accepting people who they are. I am certain neither one of us knew what was happening at the time but I am grateful for having met and befriended Darrin at a critical time in our young lives. Vicki, I am sorry for your family’s loss.
