Evansville, IN – Donald Ray Dunlap, 83, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at his home surrounded by family. He was born on February 3, 1938 in Gideon, Missouri to the late Clifford and Gerdie (Alexander) Dunlap.
Donald was married to the love of his life, Glenda, for 60 years. He was a hard-working family man and took great joy spending time working in his yard and being with his family, especially his little brother, Clifford Freeman Dunlap.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Glenda (Crumley) Dunlap; his children, Kevin Dunlap, Brandon Dunlap and Rhonda Kohlmeyer (Michael); 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Donald is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Audrey.
A celebration of Donald’s life will be held at Emge’s Deli and Diner on Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. located at 3848 N. First Avenue in Evansville, Indiana. Friends may send flowers and condolences to the residence of his daughter, Rhonda Kohlmeyer at 7821 Bartels Drive in Evansville, Indiana.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Monica and Helen at Southern Care Hospice for their care and compassion.
