Heidi Gail (Weigand) Fraser passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, July 1, 2024 at the age of 43. She was a beloved mother, sister, daughter, and friend.
Heidi was born November 22, 1980. She was always a free spirit and fiercely independent, even when she was young. She graduated from Mt. Vernon Sr. High School in 1999. In 2006 she married her former spouse, and in 2008, they welcomed their beautiful daughter into the world. Heidi was strong, tall, and had the brightest, most genuine smile. She loved fishing and being outside, and spending time with her family and friends. She had a special way with animals, always helping every injured bird and critter in need. Her pets were a big part of her life and she took great care of them all. Heidi was always great to talk to, and could (and did) make friends wherever she went. She was a loyal friend to anyone who needed one.
Most of all, Heidi loved her daughter. Her love for her daughter will forever be boundless and unending.
She is survived by her daughter, Kaylee Fraser, parents, Darrell and Debbie Weigand, brother and sister-in-law, Zach and Beth Weigand, nephew, Adam Weigand, niece, Natalie Weigand, former spouse, Skyler Fraser, and former parents-in-law, Bruce and Joan Fraser. Additionally, her aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many many other family and friends that loved her dearly.
She was the strongest, kindest person, with a big heart and a beautiful soul. She is at peace. We love you, Heidi.
Simple Cremation was entrusted with her care.

Heidi was my best friend. And I miss her like crazy. She was so smart. So very smart. The hardest working woman I’ve ever known. And definitely the animal whisperer. Her smile lit up any room. If you knew her even a little bit, you loved her. And if not, there’s something wrong with you! Her daughter was her everything.
I love you so much Heidi Gail♥️
