Justin Paul Buchanan, 40, of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away into the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, August 5th, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Justin was born on April 8th, 1983 in Asheville, North Carolina to the late Susan McKinney Wheeler and Stephen “Steve” Buchanan. He grew up in Spruce Pine, North Carolina.
Justin was an intelligent man. He was very knowledgeable on many subjects, and a highly skilled mechanic. He loved music, history, working on cars, fixing things, shooting guns, fishing, doing yard work, and cooking. Justin worked as an automotive mechanic for the majority of his adult life. He also brought smiles and laughter to many working as a game operator and general mechanic with Sergeant’s Concessions for several years.
Justin had a heart of gold and an unforgettable sense of humor. He is dearly missed by his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Justin was proceeded in death by his uncle, David McKinney.
Justin is survived by his three children, a son, Darren Buchanan, a daughter, Kimisa Buchanan, another daughter, Anita; his sister, Morgan Wheeler; and his girlfriend, Amber Ray.
Justin’s wishes were to not have a funeral service.
