Mt. Vernon, IN – Larry Michael French, 45, of Mt. Vernon, Indiana, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2020 at his home. He was born on December 29, 1974 in Evansville, Indiana to Larry Arnold and Sheila Aileen (Landreth) French.
Larry was selflessly devoted to helping and praying for others. He spent much of his time as a Discipleship leader at Catalyst Church in Evansville, Indiana and found any way possible to reach out and help those in need.
Larry was also very crafty and creative, often making miniatures for the epic landscapes he created for his pen and paper games such as Dungeons and Dragons. He loved guitar and music, but most especially he loved the great Pink Floyd. He had a lot of heart and will truly be missed by his friends and family.

Larry is survived by his wife of 10 years, Melinda Ann LaRue-French; children, Jeff “Squatch” Knirs (Jo) and Faith Reagan (Zach “Yeti”); mother, Sheila French; sister, Lori Hensley as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Larry Arnold French.

I am Larry’s Aunt Barb. Larry and my kids grew up together .I remember some of the mischief he and my son got into. He was a great nephew and great son . His dad Larry Arnold and his mom Sheila (Landreth) French and his sister Lori Hensley, were very proud of him. We will miss him everyday. He was a great person.
