Oakland City, IN – Melvin E. DeCisto, 52, of Oakland City, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana. He was born on April 15, 1970 to Rojelio DeCisto and Delphia (Norrick) Howard.
Melvin enjoyed working on model cars, fixing up vehicles and fishing. He was a member of the Eagles Club and the American Legion, both of Winslow, Indiana.
He is survived by his mother, Delphia Howard and his sister, Becky Grissom.
Melvin is preceded in death by his father, Rojelio DeCisto; his uncles, Arville White and Charles Norrick, Jr. as well as his grandparents, Ruthy May and Charles Norrick, Sr.
