Stacy Strohmeyer, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on November 12, 2024, in Evansville, Indiana. She was born on October 29, 1963, to Richard and Betty Jean Jackson. She was one of 7 siblings.
Stacy married the love of her life, Anthony Strohmeyer, in 1984 and they were married for 40 years. Together they raised two wonderful children, Josh (Kerri) and Jennifer. She adored her five grandchildren, who brought so much joy into her life.
Stacy attended North High School, where she graduated in 1982. She dedicated many years to working at EVSC before retiring in 2024.
Stacy had a passion for horseback riding and camping, which she enjoyed with her family and friends. She worked in the youth ministries, where she had an impact on many young lives, one of whom she brought into her home as one of her own, Rachel. Her laughter and bright smile will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Stacy fought a brave battle against cancer, and her strength and courage inspired those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories.
Stacy attended Oasis Assembly Of God Church in Princeton, Indiana. Her Celebration of life will be held there on November, 23rd, visitation from 9am to 1pm and service at 1pm.
